YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGHT THIS ALONE.

Bring the struggle into the light. Pursue freedom in Christ. Take the next step with other men.

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

John 8:36 • KJV

Pornography grows in secrecy. Following Jesus means bringing sin into the light and taking real steps to turn from it. You do not have to clean yourself up before coming to Him. Come honestly, ask for His help, and invite a trusted man to walk with you.

Starting guidance:

Begin today by telling God the truth about your struggle. Then tell a trusted Christian brother or pastor who will take it seriously and walk with you. Identify one source of easy access and remove it. Take a concrete step today instead of waiting until you feel stronger.

WHEN TEMPTATION HITS

Make your next move deliberate. Start with these steps.

1. Step away from the screen.

Close the app or browser. Put the device down and leave the place where you are tempted.

2. Pray and open Scripture.

Tell God plainly what you are facing. Ask Him for help, then read a passage of Scripture and act on what it says.

3. Call a trusted brother.

Tell him you are struggling right now. Ask him to pray with you and check back in.

4. Change your surroundings.

Move to a shared space, take a walk, or begin a useful task. Interrupt the routine that keeps drawing you back.

TAKE ONE HONEST STEP TODAY.

Tell a trusted brother or pastor what you are facing. If you fall again, confess it, return to Christ, and reach out. Keep taking concrete steps toward obedience with men who will walk beside you.
